In a bowl, mix the following:
2 cups
small flake oatmeal (or grind old fashioned oats a bit)
1/2 cup
of one of the following: raisins, chopped dates, or carob chips
1/2 cup
of one of the following: chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds or
almonds- really any nuts
1/2 cup
of Shaklee Energizing Soy Cocoa Protein (you could use the
Vanilla, too)
1/2 cup
of unsweetened coconut to roll the balls in
Cream
together:
1/2 cup
of maple syrup ( I use honey and a bit less)
1/2 cup
peanut butter
1/3 cup
warm water
Then
mix the two groupings together and roll in small balls. Roll in
the unsweetened coconut if you wish.
